Board of Directors Meeting
January 15, 2016
Meeting was called to order at 1:47 p.m.
Present: Bowen Depke, President; Laura Young, 1st VP; Don Zillman, 2nd VP; Loretta Rowe, Ex. Sec.; Scott Blakeslee, Treas.; Mike Fortunato, Sgt-at-arms; Jan Chapman, Dir.; Bruce Moore, Dir.; IPP Kris Rosado; Kathy Grammer, Club Protection Officer and Elise Hodgkin, Admin. Coordinator
Absent: Julie L’Heureux, Dir.; Mac Collins, Dir.
Guest: None
QUORUM was established with 9 board members present and 2 proxies.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the November 20, 2015 Board meeting were approved as submitted.
The filed minutes of the December 18, 2015 canceled meeting were approved as submitted.
FINANCIAL REPORT
The financial reports were reviewed by the Club Treasurer, Scott Blakeslee.
BUSINESS:
• New Membership Applications - None received
• Resignations - None received.
• Leaves of Absence - None received.
• New Rotary computer - approved to purchase - not to exceed $750. Elise Hodgkin will explore options and purchase new computer.
• District Recommended Club Protection Policy - to be reviewed at February board meeting after it is presented at the Club Assembly to the members.
ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
Meeting was adjourned at 2:18 p.m. The next regular Board meeting will be held on February 19, 2016 at 1:35 p.m.
